We Help People is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Inspired by our Christian values, we are dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable people. We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender. Our integrated focus is that We are Christian, Child-Focused and Community Empowering.

HOW WE WORK
We Help People Worldwide approach to work is community empowering. All Campaigns work with in close collaboration with national and local level partners including Churches, other Faiths, District Assemblies and their decentralized government departments, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and Faith-based Organizations (FBOs), youth groups, women groups and vulnerable groups at community level.
MEET THE TEAM
Audrey Coffie
PR Person & General Supervisor - Co-Founder/Member
Audrey is a visionary leader and the founder of the nonprofit organization We Help People Worldwide. With a career that started over 14 years ago at World Vision, Audrey has since expanded her impact across various industries. She invests in farms, supplies hospitals and personal protective equipment (PPE), and is dedicated to fostering creativity through the establishment of creative arts schools globally. Her multifaceted endeavors demonstrate a commitment to social impact, education, and business, all while promoting sustainability and innovation.
Audrey is the Go To Person, The Spreader of Words. She oversees all campaigns and volunteers. She welcomes and helps the needy and potential volunteers any way she can. She is the people person, all about community and helping people and does it with loving grace.
Audrey is truly grateful to be part of We Help People Worldwide and offers her background in marketing, social media and business communications to this beautiful journey to help the needy.
What she loves the most although, is her faith and spiritualism, working with others, and to be in service, however that may look.
Gwyneth Shugart
General Manager - Co-Founder/Member
Gwyneth prefers to stay behind the scenes. She oversees the overall operations and management of Campaigns.
She has been in Charity since the age of 16 and brings a no-nonsense perspective and streamlined operational wisdom to the organization. Able to juggle many tasks at once, her talents and intellect are a very import part of making everything run smoothly.
Gwyneth also has love, insights and deep compassion for animals and has managed the operations of a successful veterinary clinic for many years. She is often involved in animal rights, as well as finding and caring for stray animals. She has a special way with these creatures, and is our very own little version of Dr. Doolittle
Wesley Hare
Assistant General Manager - Co-Owner/Member
Wesley is dedicated to the path of We Help People Worldwide and is an invaluable member to the overall operations both technically and logistically in helping things run smoothly.
His background in both caregiving to the elderly and as a veterinarian assistant, his depth of caring and compassion is also evident in everything he does. We are grateful to have him as a representation of both these very important parts of our group.
Wesley plans to be part of this group and will grow with the organization and its operations in the years to come. We are grateful to have him and all he offers with his generosity of heart.
Angus P Coffie
General Assistant - Co-Owner/ Soon to be Member
Although Gus is the youngest member of our team, his dedication and compassion for those that are struggling, is so important to him, that it is what he chooses to make as his life’s work in his years ahead.
Gus is a young man who has a very clear vision of the importance to help others, and it shows up in all aspects of his life. He currently works one on one with children who are struggling with emotional or developmental challenges and has put smiles on many faces and touched many hearts.
Gus is dedicated, intelligent, and a prodigy with numbers. He is focused and calm and sees life in a clear and concise way. He is focused daily on making a difference in the world, and we expect extraordinary things from him as he serves humanity in the future.
Gus plans to open a school for developmentally disabled children or those with autism and create a program that encompasses teaching, guidance, and positive reinforcement in a caring and loving environment. He truly understands how important love is in this world.
